We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established site in Enfield on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a consistent shift pattern and strong work-life balance within a stable environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical works
- Fault finding and repairing mechanical plant and equipment
- Maintaining HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and associated infrastructure
- Responding to breakdowns and ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Completing accurate maintenance records and reports
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
- Background in building services, facilities management, or similar
- Experience in healthcare or critical environments (desirable, not essential)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
