Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Sheltered Scheme Manager on a 3 month contract situated in Salford. This will involve covering two schemes in Salford.
The role as Sheltered Manager will involve:
- Providing a frontline service to residents within a Scheme
- Managing Compliance processes
- Supporting residents with Income issues
- Completing Health and Safety checks
- Morning Calls
- Support Plans
- Risk Assessments
- Managing voids
Due to the nature of this role you must have Social Housing or Social Care experience. To start this role you must have an Enhanced DBS Check.
