Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Sheltered Scheme Manager on a 3 month contract situated in Sale, Trafford. This will involve covering two schemes in Sale.

The role as Sheltered Manager will involve:

  • Providing a frontline service to residents within a Scheme
  • Managing Compliance processes
  • Supporting residents with Income issues
  • Completing Health and Safety checks
  • Morning Calls
  • Support Plans
  • Risk Assessments
  • Managing voids

Due to the nature of this role you must have Social Housing or Social Care experience. To start this role you must have an Enhanced DBS Check. Only apply if you match the above criteria.
