We are looking for a Repairs Officer.

Location: London N1 / W6
Pay Rate: £18.29 PAYE / £24.00 Umbrella
Working Hours: Fully Onsite, 9am to 5pm, 1-hour unpaid break - 35 hours a week
Job Duties:
- Experience of developing and running administrative systems and processes.
- Financial understanding of SOR codes and quote variation.
- Understanding of the no access process and how to apply it.
- Knowledge of tenure types such as Permanent housing, temporary housing, Leasehold, and Managing Agents.
- Experience working to meet key performance indicators.
- Good understanding of relevant legislation, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Customer focus.
