Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Repair Supervisor to oversee the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance across a social housing contract. You will manage a team of operatives, ensure repairs are completed safely and on time, and provide excellent customer service to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise responsive repairs, planned maintenance and void works.
- Manage and support multi-trade operatives and subcontractors.
- Carry out pre- and post-inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Liaise with residents, clients and internal teams to resolve repair issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Raise variations where required and maintain accurate job records.
- Support the delivery of a high-quality repairs service and excellent customer satisfaction.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Repairs Supervisor within social housing.
- Experience managing multi-trade operatives and contractors.
- Knowledge of responsive repairs and maintenance.
