RG Setsquare is supporting a local Housing Association with hiring a temporary team member to join the team in a customer service capacity ASAP. This role will last for approximately 4-6 weeks.

Working within a supported housing scheme, this role will see you being the 1st point of contact for any visitors, directing and greeting people as they arrive at the home. The role will also accommodate administrative tasks such as logging maintenance issues that are reported by the staff and/or service users. There will be an element of taking rent, advising what is owed and when, logging all actions on the internal systems as you go, including some diary management and general admin and reception tasks. All in all, offering a lovely variety of work to complete.

The hours on offer:

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm
