RG Setsquare is actively hiring for below job: Crane Supervisor Start Date: 5 October Duration: 4 weeks Position: Crane Supervisor Location: Plympton, Plymouth PL7 Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate crane and lifting operations on site. Ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and in accordance with the approved lift plan. Coordinate crane operators, banks men/signallers and lifting teams. Check lifting equipment, accessories and work areas before operations commence. Ensure exclusion zones and safe working procedures are maintained. Communicate effectively with site management and other contractors. Monitor lifting operations and stop work where unsafe conditions arise. Complete relevant lifting documentation and report any issues or incidents. Requirements Previous experience as a Crane Supervisor / Lifting Supervisor. Valid CPCS or NPORS Crane/Lifting Supervisor qualification. Relevant construction/site experience. Good understanding of lifting plans, risk assessments and safe systems of work. Strong communication and supervisory skills. Right to work in the UK.
