Permanent opportunity
RG Setsquare has been appointed by a maintenance contractor to support with hiring an experienced Plumber, able to carry out complete bathroom and wet room refurbishments. The works will mostly be working in and around Warwickshire, with a bit of travel to Nottingham and surrounding areas as well as a little bit of travel into Birmingham, but mostly Warwickshire.
The contractor specialises in carrying out planned maintenance works, operating on behalf of public sector landlords; Housing Associations and Local Authorities. They would like an experienced Plumber, able to turn their hand to other skills such as:
- tiling
- basic carpentry (e.g., boxing in pipe work)
- patch repair
- silicone works
to hand over the finished works to a high standard. If you can lay flat vinyl, including cutting to size and spraying/sticking securely and fitting, that would be very advantageous. Future training to do cap and cove is on offer here also.
A company van and fuel card can be provided when you become a permanent member of staff. Equally, you can join on a self-employed basis, if you prefer to operate this way, using your own van. This is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis and is available to commence as soon as we find the right person with the right skill sets.

RG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
