RG SETSQUARE IS CURRENTLY WORKING WITH A SOCIAL HOUSING CONTRACTOR SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED PLASTER MULTI.
Location: Birmingham
Salary: 34000 per annum
Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm.
Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided, 23 days + Bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plastering Works: Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, bonding, patch repairs, and full room re-skims across social housing properties.
- Void Properties: Complete plastering works in void properties to ensure they are returned to a lettable standard efficiently.
- Multi-Trade Duties: Undertake additional basic trade tasks such as minor carpentry, making good, and preparation works where required.
