We are supporting a global facilities management company with the appointment of a PFI Contract Coordinator, a key role focused on ensuring compliance, performance, and commercial governance across a complex, multi-site healthcare contract.

The Role
Based primarily at PRUH, you will support the compliance and performance of Soft FM services across three hospital sites. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting contract compliance from service delivery through to performance outcomes.
- Assisting with performance reporting and data analysis via CAFM systems.
- Monitoring KPIs.
