Key Responsibilities
- Supervise teams carrying out passive fire protection works, including:
- Fire stopping
- Fire door installation, maintenance, and remedial works
- Fire compartmentation
- Cavity barriers and fire protection systems
- Ensure works comply with current fire safety regulations, specifications, and industry standards.
- Carry out site inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Plan daily workloads and coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and project teams.
- Support training and development of site operatives.
