Are you in search of a temporary yet fulfilling role? Look no further! We're thrilled to offer an exciting position for our client based in East London who are looking to appoint a Parking Admin Officer for 2 months ongoing, at the rate of £22.14 per hour umbrella.
Job Responsibilities:
- To deliver high quality, inclusive, and responsive parking services.
- Proactively keep residents and others informed, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Be sensitive to resident's needs, be first and main contact.
- The successful candidate would be expected in the office a minimum of 4 days a week to conduct site visits.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ambassador for the organisation.
- Champion a culture of inclusion and respect.
- Deliver high quality locally responsive parking services.
- Ensure service communications are up-to-date, accurate and effective.
- Identify and recommend service improvements.
- Identify at-risk residents and ensure that they are provided with appropriate support and advice.
- Implement and maintain effective procedures and systems.
- Implement policies.
- Liaise with the Rents Team to facilitate timely and effective arrears recovery action.
- Maintain a friendly, accessible and courteous manner.
- Maintain a knowledge of relevant legislation, case law, policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records making casework easy for colleagues to follow-up.
- Maintain positive links with other teams and agencies.
- Make appropriate internal and external referrals.
- Manage parking licenses.
- Maximise occupancy and income.
- Meet with residents on-line, in the office, in their homes, and at other venues.
- Prepare for, progress to, and represent the organisation at Court, tribunals, and other forums.
- Prepare reports.
- Protect and promote the organisations reputation.
- Respond effectively and in a timely manner to all contacts and requests for information.
- Responsible for casework until resolution.
- Support and advise colleagues on parking services.
