The role requires managing the project stand-alone, reporting to a visiting contract manager, and ensuring sequencing, programming and site activity to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities include trade management, inductions, permit raising and toolbox talks, with a strong focus on H&S, QA and daily reporting across HVAC, electrical, data cabling and fire systems.
