Location: Olney, Buckinghamshire (Hybrid)

Working Pattern: 3 days onsite (Tues-Thurs), 2 days remote

Contract: 12-month initial contract

Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join a major infrastructure project within the power and energy sector. This is an exciting opportunity to support a large, complex project, ensuring efficient document control and information management across multiple stakeholders.

You will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and version control of project documentation using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all project documentation within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Ensure accurate document control, tracking, and version management
  • Maintain up-to-date document registers
  • Distribute documentation to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Support collaboration between project teams, consultants, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with project information management protocols
  • Participate in audits and drive continuous process improvements
  • Attend meetings and produce clear, accurate meeting minutes

About You

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller
  • Background within construction, design, or energy/infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of document control processes and systems
  • Experience working with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) (or similar CDE platforms)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders across project teams
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
