RG Setsquare seeks a Site Manager to oversee a £1.3 million refurbishment of a large high-end residential property in Norwich.
The project includes a full refurbishment of all rooms, new M&E, a new lift shaft and fit-out to a high specification.
Contract length is circa 14 months.
You will report to a visiting contract manager, sequence and supervise trade packages, run site inductions, raise permits, lead toolbox talks, and drive health and safety and quality across the site to meet demanding
