Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for two experienced Fabric Engineers to join a large UK Facilities Management organisation, supporting a key power generation contract based in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a critical infrastructure environment where reliability, safety, and operational performance are essential. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality fabric maintenance services across the site, ensuring all building fabric and associated systems are maintained in excellent condition to support continuous site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a wide range of building fabric elements, including doors, floors, ceilings, walls, fixtures, fittings, and general site repairs.
  • The role will involve responding to maintenance requests promptly, diagnosing faults, and completing repairs to a high standard within a critical operational environment.
  • You will also support minor refurbishment works and ensure all areas of the site are maintained in line with health & safety and compliance requirements.
  • Working as part of a wider FM team, you will ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, with minimal disruption to operations.
