RG Set Square have a long-term opportunity available in Newcastle for two experienced Finishing Managers. You will be joining an established and experienced project team delivering a multi-storey accommodation development in Newcastle. The project is now moving into the fit-out stage, and our client is looking for Finishing Managers with recent experience on similar projects. This experience is essential for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing all internal finishing trades
  • Maintaining and managing quality control throughout the finishing stages
  • Using handheld devices to manage and record snagging items
  • Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Delivering daily toolbox talks to site teams
