Multi-Trade Operative (Carpenter) – Property Maintenance Jobs in Horndean / Petersfield
Location: Horndean, Petersfield & Surrounding Areas (e.g. Southampton)
Hours: Full-Time – 40 per week (Mon-Fri)
Pay: £23.50 Umbrella PAYE OR £20.15 PAYE (£17.99 base + holiday pay)

Responsibilities
- Carpentry repairs and installations in customers\’ homes
- Multi-trade repairs (plumbing, plastering, fencing, masonry, groundworks)
- Complete jobs efficiently to a high standard and \’right first time\’
- Record work using a smartphone/tablet system
- Maintain van stock, tools, and company vehicle
- Take part in out-of-hours emergency rota (as required)
What You\’ll Need
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or time-served equivalent)
- Multi-skilled across other trades
- Previous experience in property repairs / social housing / maintenance
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
