About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Mobile Cleaner to join our team, working across multiple social housing sites on behalf of our contracted local authority clients. This is a mobile role, where you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across communal areas, void properties, and external site facilities. Key Responsibilities Clean communal areas in residential blocks (stairs, landings, lifts, corridors, entranceways) Carry out deep cleans of void (empty) properties as needed Ensure external areas such as bin stores and pathways are kept tidy Replenish cleaning supplies and report any maintenance or safety issues Complete cleaning checklists and documentation as required Follow health and safety protocols and COSHH guidelines at all times Drive between multiple locations daily using company-provided vehicle Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning role (ideally within social housing or facilities management) Full UK driving licence (essential) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication skills and a professional approach to tenants and site staff Understanding of basic health and safety procedures Flexibility to travel across different sites as needed Please call Ravi asap on (phone number removed) RG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
