The Job role:

The Minor Works Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of minor works projects within the maintenance portfolio. This role involves managing contracts from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate minor works contracts across multiple sites within the Cornwall region.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth contract delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, control costs, and manage budgets to meet financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Negotiate contract terms and variations where necessary.
  • Prepare regular reports on contract performance and project status.
