We're seeking a Front of House Coordinator to be the face of a busy and professional site, delivering an exceptional experience for employees, visitors, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
This is a varied role that combines front-of-house responsibilities, workplace coordination, executive support, visitor management, and site administration.
This opportunity would suit candidates from Facilities Management, Corporate Reception, Workplace Services, Executive Support, Property Management, Site Administration, or Office Coordination backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for visitors, employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality, catering, and workplace services.
- Manage visitor registrations, contractor sign-ins, site access requirements, and workplace records.
- Liaise with Facilities, Security, HSE, IT teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the site.
- Coordinate visitor and contractor inductions, ensuring compliance with site procedures.
- Support internal communications, meetings, events, and general business administration.
- Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement across workplace and front-of-house services.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Previous experience in a Front of House, Reception, Workplace Coordinator, Office Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, Executive Assistant, PA, Site Administrator, or similar role.
- Experience managing visitors, contractors, stakeholders, and workplace services.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience coordinating meetings, diaries, hospitality, and administrative activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and experience handling confidential information.
