We are working in partnership with a leading facilities and engineering services provider delivering capital works, refurbishment, and technical programmes across one of the UK's most complex and high‑profile healthcare estates. Due to continued investment and a strong pipeline of works, we are looking to engage with experienced M&E Project Managers to oversee refurbishment and infrastructure projects within a busy acute hospital environment in West London. This is a hands‑on delivery role within a live clinical setting, requiring strong technical understanding, excellent coordination, and the ability to manage works safely with minimal disruption to patient care.
The Role
- Deliver M&E refurbishment and infrastructure projects across a live hospital estate
- Manage projects from planning through to completion within a wider £15m programme
- Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and specialist providers
- Ensure works are delivered safely within live clinical environments
- Work closely with estates teams, clinical staff, and senior stakeholders
- Support programme reporting, planning, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with HTMs, CDM regulations, and healthcare standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering M&E or building services projects
- Background within healthcare or live, critical environments (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of refurbishment works in operational buildings
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
- Familiarity with HTM standards and healthcare compliance
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work alongside clinical teams
