Site Manager – Construction\\n\\nLocation: North Manchester (projects across Manchester & M62 corridor)\\n Salary: £55,000 + package (including car allowance)\\n Job Type: Permanent\\n\\nThe Opportunity\\n\\nAn established construction contractor specialising in large-scale new build projects is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support a growing pipeline of work across the North of England.\\n\\nThe business delivers complex industrial and commercial schemes including large warehouses, industrial units, multi-storey car parks, and office buildings. Many projects are for clients with specialist vehicle storage requirements, such as automotive manufacturing plants, aerospace facilities, hospitals, and airports.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nYou will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, taking full ownership of programme, cost, quality, and site delivery.\\n\\nKey responsibilities include:\\n\\nManaging new build construction projects from groundworks to handover\\nCoordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers\\nEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget\\nLiaising with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders\\nOverseeing programme planning, reporting, and commercial performanceAbout You\\n\\nProven experience delivering new build construction projects (not refurb or fit-out focused)\\nExperience managing projects valued at £10m+\\nStrong background in industrial, commercial, or car park construction\\nReinforced concrete experience highly desirable (particularly for multi-storey structures)\\nComfortable travelling between sites in Manchester and M62 corridor\\nStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsWhat's on Offer\\n\\n£55,000 salary\\nCar allowance\\n28 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays\\nAdditional benefits including bonus, site allowance, and other company incentives\\nSecure workload with a strong forward order book\\nOpportunity to work on technically challenging, high-value projectsRG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
