Responsibilities

  • Perform joinery work on void and tenanted properties.
  • Deliver excellent customer-facing service.
  • Use a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) in day-to-day activities.
  • Operate within a 37 hour week, Mon-Fri, with a guaranteed 3 months initially.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent) in joinery.
  • Previous experience in social housing.
  • DBS clearance will have to be processed for this role.
