An incredible unique opportunity for an experienced maintenance operative to work on a large estate and campus!
Are you an experienced maintenance operative or technician? Do you pride yourself on your ability to follow procedures and schedules for planned maintenance and have excellent handyman skills?
Responsibilities
We\’re looking for a great all rounder – someone who can implement and follow the statutory planned maintenance schedules for this large estate, completing jobs like routine testing of building services, water testing and treatment and various other statutory building regulation maintenance.
Qualifications
Ideally you will have a recognised maintenance trade qualification (joinery / carpentry, plumbing, plastering or painting & decorating or something similar) and have experience following a planned maintenance schedule in a commercial environment.
Additional Requirements & Work Environment
You’ll be working in a very unique environment, working on many different types of buildings across a large campus as part of a wider maintenance team – we’re looking for someone with a real can‑do attitude and great communication skills.
