RG Setsquare is seeking a PPM Planner to support the scheduling and coordination of planned maintenance activities across a busy facilities management contract. You will develop and maintain PPM schedules, coordinate engineers, materials, permits and site access, and help keep maintenance work on track.
You will monitor compliance, overdue works and backlogs, liaise with operational teams, customers and stakeholders, and ensure accurate record keeping and documentation.
