I am looking for an experienced Multi trade Plasterer to work within social housing. The areas covered will include Medway towns, Maidstone, Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells.
Responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out a wide range of plastering maintenance repairs and decorating.
- Delivering quality workmanship within your specific trades and without close supervision.
- Being a confident painter and decorator.
- Ideally being skilled in other trades to supplement plastering, painting, and decorating skills.
- Carrying out patch repairs and larger plastering repairs.
- Having experience in plasterer boarding, bond set, finishing and rendering.
You will receive:
- A van + fuel card.
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Up to 6% pension contribution.
