We're hiring a Technical Support Coordinator to act as the central coordination point for engineering operations across a multi-site London portfolio. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, you'll be the glue between engineering teams, building managers, and clients, keeping schedules, compliance, and remedial works on track across multiple buildings.
Package: 50,000 Bonus + Pension Mon-Fri (core hours, occasional flex for coverage needs)
What you'll be doing:
- Planning and managing daily schedules/rotas for shift and day engineers across multiple buildings
- Allocating resources, managing leave/absence, and maintaining minimum staffing levels
- Monitoring work orders and reactive maintenance to keep everything within SLA
- Acting as the main liaison between engineers, building managers, and clients
- Tracking remedial works from quote through to completion, liaising with contractors
- Ensuring compliance documentation, permits, and statutory inspections are up to date
- Reporting on SLA compliance, KPIs, and resource utilisation
What you'll need:
- Experience in a technical support, coordination, or admin role within FM or building services
- Strong scheduling/resource management skills across multiple priorities
- Solid understanding of building engineering systems and maintenance operations
- Confident with Excel, Word, Outlook, and CMMS platforms
- Good grasp of health & safety compliance in building operations
Experience across multi-site portfolios or critical environments is a plus but not essential.
