We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor / Manager to join the team, overseeing planned maintenance and refurbishment works across London and the M25 for London based main contractor. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out property surveys and inspections to identify required works. Visiting properties and assessing the condition of houses. Supervising and monitoring planned maintenance works. Inspecting and snagging kitchens, bathrooms and all internal property works. Ensuring all works are completed to the required quality standards and specifications. Carrying out regular site visits and monitoring contractor performance. Signing off completed works during the contract, ensuring everything meets the agreed requirements. Identifying any defects or issues and ensuring these are rectified promptly. Liaising with contractors, residents and internal teams to ensure works run smoothly. Requirements: Previous experience as a Planned Works Supervisor or in a similar property maintenance role. Experience carrying out property surveys and inspections. Good knowledge of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment and internal planned works. Strong understanding of snagging, quality control and contract sign-off procedures. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
