Payrate: 37k-38k/annum
Work: This is supervising job
Managing a team of 3 operatives
Must have expereince in Residential settings
Senior technician role to support all maintenance & facilities objectives and daily operations to maintain asset compliance.
Ensuring all reactive and PPM repairs are completed within designated timescales and supporting wider teams.
Driving excellent resident experience.
Undertake basic appliance repairs and white good replacements.
Undertake electrical repairs
Undertake plumbing and drainage repairs
Undertake carpentry and joinery repairs
Undertake painting and decoration repairs
Support site staff with escalated repairs
Must be flexible to work around the needs of the business in the event of emergency or additional cover requirements
