RG Setsquare's client, a leading maintenance services provider, are seeking an experienced Responsive Repairs Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the day to day supervision of operatives on the branch response contract. This includes conducting pre-inspections of tenanted properties, identifying building faults and assigning the correct resources.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of new damp and mould legislation (Awaab's Law) with the required knowledge to carry out effective and accurate damp and mould surveys. A trade background, social housing experience and a full UK driving licence are required.
In return, the client is offering a competitive rate of pay, van and fuel card, ongoing contract and the potential to join them on a permanent basis.
