Job Overview
This role is a temporary to permanent position aimed at the right candidate, moving forward with development.
Job Duties
- Experience developing and running administrative systems and processes.
- Financial understanding of SOR codes and quote variation – SORs are part of diagnosing repairs and are used across repair contracts.
- Manage no-access processes – standard operating model of 3 no accesses to close a job.
- Understand tenure types – permanent housing, temporary housing, leasehold, managing agents, and their internal repair rules.
- Work to meet key performance indicators.
- Good understanding of relevant legislation, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Customer focused mindset.

- Previous experience managing responsive repairs.
