I am currently recruiting for an Information & Compliance Manager for a main contractor based in London. The Main Contractor primarily builds within education, commercial and residential sectors within London and the Home Counties with project values ranging between £1 - £5 million in value and projects are a mixture of new build, refurbishment, and fit out projects. Key Responsibilities Carry out regular site audits, inspections, and compliance checks. Champion and lead on the roll out of Procore across the business. Monitor compliance with company procedures, construction regulations, and project requirements. Review and maintain forms, procedures, checklists, RAMS and compliance documentation. Monitor quality standards, identify non-conformances and follow up corrective actions. Support environmental compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare audit reports and maintain accurate compliance records. Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, and management to resolve compliance and quality issues. Support internal and external audits and inspections. The Candidate - Previous experience in compliance, quality, QHSE or assurance, ideally within construction. Experience conducting audits and site inspections. Good understanding of construction procedures, documentation, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Confident communicating with site and project teams. Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001, CDM and RAMS would be advantageous.My client is looking to pay a competitive basic salary and package and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP but can wait if the candidate is on notice.
