To work as part of the Home Ownership team to deliver a high quality Home Ownership Service. To provide support, to the Home Ownership Manager and act in the manager's place in their absence. The Home Ownership Team leader will be responsible for the day-to-day Home Ownership service and will provide support, direction and training for a team of Home Ownership Specialists

Job responsibilities
Temporary Section 20 Team Leader required due to previous postholder moving into a specialist role.
Will manage a team of 4 Section 20 Specialists and oversee day-to-day operations, authorisations and processes.
Initial 6-month temporary contract due to organisational restructure.
Potential for temp-to-perm or fixed-term opportunity.
Key Requirements
Extensive Section 20 consultation experience.
Strong knowledge of major works consultations, QLTAs and service charges.
Confident stakeholder management and ability to challenge operational teams.
Line management, coaching and performance management experience.
Strong customer-facing and resident engagement skills.

Based in Farringdon office.
