- Duration: 3-4-month temp to perm
- Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Payrate: £17 PAYE or £21 umbrella
- Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Mobile FM role maintaining 4 healthcare clinics located in Walthamstow, Hainault and Ilford. Work will involve reactive repairs ranging from changing taps, washers, installing and repairing cabinets and wall-based units, replacing pipework, replacing locks, patch plastering, basic electrical i.e. changing lamps and other general fabric work. Will also be completing PPM's such as water temperature checks, fire door checks, plant room checks.
Qualifications:
- Van and fuel card supplied for both. A full UK driving licence required (No more than 6 points and no driving ban within the past 6 months).
- On call requirement for emergencies / make safe. One in every 4 weeks. Standby allowance of £75 per week and overtime paid per call out at either time and a half or double time if a Sunday.
- A qualification in a relevant trade would be good to see.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment or other critical environment would be desirable.
- A Standard DBS certificate will need to be obtained.

This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate and will progress as the job and development moves forward.
