Responsibilities
- Ensure that contracts are run safely and efficiently to the required standard. Liaise with clients and monitor site operations.
- Complete auditing and reporting showing non-conformance and remedial action taken.
- Ensure continuity of Service Levels and all reactive tasks closed.
- Work additional to specification is agreed with client, documented, actioned and costs recovered.
- Investigate and rectify clients complaints and concerns swiftly. Record actions.
- Assess hazards and risks prior to work commencing.
- Manage contracts in line with specification.
- Produce monthly KPI reports.
- Maintain site management in line with the specification and contract.
- Ensure full conformance with Workplace.
- Maintain financial performance of the contract.
- Maintain high standards of conduct and performance.
- Ensure work matches the specification and customer expectations.
- Portray a quality company image by site-based staff.
- Support staff to work together and uphold company values.
- Agree with Regional Manager on a Personal Development Plan.
Additional Responsibilities
- Hold client meetings at least once per week to discuss services provided.
- Ensure all daily, weekly and periodic sign‑off sheets are completed and stored in line with client requirements.
- Complete monthly Q‑Audits on time.
- Review failed audit scores and implement performance improvement plans.
- Ensure QHSE compliance site-wide, working closely with regional team.
- Respond to all reactive tasks within agreed KPIs.
- Identify and agree one‑offs and additional requirements with clients/customers, complete a once‑off sales order.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns within 24 hours.
- Observe all client and company statutory fire and safety regulations and promote good safety habits. Follow Live safe principles.
