We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of electrical engineers, contractors and subcontractors across a range of projects in Long Bennington. The successful candidate will provide strong technical and operational leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical engineers, contractors and subcontractors, ensuring targets and project objectives are achieved.
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of electrical contracts and workstreams.
- Ensure all electrical certification is completed accurately and processed within required timescales.
- Monitor team productivity and resolve task-related issues or production blockers.
- Manage the efficient use of labour, materials, plant and equipment.
- Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations.
