Our client, an established Public Sector provider, is looking for a Temporary Landlord and Tenant Surveyor: Up to Β£500.00 per day, LOC; 3 months + Hybrid role.
Overview/Qualifications required:
- Qualifications: Degree or equivalent in Land Management (or similar).
- Full Membership of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
- Significant post-qualification experience in valuing a variety of properties for various needs.
- Significant post-qualification experience in the asset management of a wide range of land and property, both leasehold and freehold.
- Significant post-qualification experience in Landlord and Tenant.
- Significant knowledge and experience in dealing with the appointment and monitoring of external agents and solicitors.
- Relevant Local Government experience.
- Experience in valuing a broad range of different types of property for all purposes, including Asset Valuations for accounting purposes.
- Knowledge of preparing Budgets/Spending profiles.
- Working knowledge of planning and construction matters.
