Key Responsibilities:
- Site Preparation & Maintenance: Cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, loading/unloading materials, and preparing tools.
- Vehicle Navigation: Directing large vehicles, lorries, and cranes into and out of site areas, particularly in tight spaces.
- Safety Monitoring: Ensuring pedestrians, workers, and site visitors are kept safe from moving machinery.
- Communication: Using clear hand signals or two-way radios to guide drivers, especially when visibility is reduced.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to site safety regulations, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintaining a safe work environment.
