I am currently recruiting for an Administrator in Faversham, duties include:
- Requesting and uploading stats
- Invoices
- Booking in delivery tickets
- Booking out materials on E-day
- Filing all paperwork
- Liaising with the client
- Liaising with suppliers to get quotes for non-stocked items
- Supporting depot manager and supervisor with everyday tasks
- Keep training board up to date so operatives know when they have training coming up
- Manage UST calendar
- Raising orders
- Order tarmac/material for following days work
- Updating plant sheet
- Reporting breakdowns
- Checking live hire (weekly)
- Costing plant (monthly)
