Responsibilities

  • Project Support: Assist Senior Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
  • On‑Site Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, site supervisors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project logs, health and safety records, and budget spreadsheets.
  • Quality Control: Conduct site walkthroughs to ensure work meets our high standards and safety regulations.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact between the office and the site team.

We need someone who can start ASAP. Our client is a highly skilled professional building contractor, delivering quality projects for clients across Cornwall, including refurb, office fit out and shop fit outs.
