Junior Document Controller

Our client a blue-chip Tier 1 contractor have a requirement for a Junior Document Controller/Administrator to join their growing team, in excellent offices, on a long term basis. This is a long term temp to perm career opportunity as my client already have 5 years work already secured. The company are an established Top Tier Contractor who specialise in government construction and refurbishment frameworks. They are looking to appoint a Construction Administrator to coordinate the use of internal systems, this will require training new users and ensuring the data uploaded is accurate. Initial rate depending on experience. You will be responsible for: Understanding of Document Control/Viewpoint/Aconex Managing in boxes – creating meeting invites, and responding to emails Arranging meetings, conferences, lunches.
