I am currently recruiting for an administrator for a London / Essex based main contractor to work within the construction & planned business unit. You will be operating from the head office and be assisting on the below duties:
- Arranging appointments for handovers
- Updating and managing project trackers
- Scheduling & booking of appointments with clients
- Producing standard and ad hoc reports as required by internal and external customers and clients across Project functions
- Liaison and follow up with Managers
- Reporting back to clients and contract staff on job progress and close out
- Providing admin support to the RLO's and Contract Managers
- Sending out company information to residents via mail merge
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Company
