Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Housing Income Officer on a 2 month contract situated in Manchester. The role will involve full time office work - No hybrid option.
As a Housing Officer, your role will involve:
- Providing a frontline service to a portfolio of tenants across Manchester, which includes vulnerable young people and older persons services.
- Dealing with extensive income challenges, including arrears and collection all the way up to court.
- Tenancy sustainment.
- Safeguarding, domestic abuse, and community safety.
- Environmental issues, e.g., fly tipping and garden issues.
