I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a developer based in the Home Counties. The developer primarily builds within TRAD residential and commercial sectors within the Home Counties with developments ranging between 20 - 100 units, which are a mixture of new build houses and flats.
The project consists of 40 new build TRAD flats and houses based in Haverhill, Suffolk.
The Candidate:
- Must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager.
- Be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.
- Needs to be SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
