RGsetsquare recruitment is working with FM and Construction Companies who are responsible for managing a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance contracts across the UK.

Salary: £25-£28/hr

Duration: likely 2-3 months

Role overview (summary):

  • Ensure full statutory, mandatory, and contractual compliance
  • Lead all hard service disciplines across site
  • Support the FM team to deliver high-quality services to clients and customers
  • Strengthen stakeholder relationships and provide FM resilience
  • Optimise systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce energy use
  • Develop understanding of contract commercial and delivery frameworks
  • Manage PPM and reactive works to meet SLAs and KPIs
  • Line manage engineering teams to maximise productivity
  • Drive 100% PDA usage through training, auditing, and compliance
  • Maintain engineer training matrix and support development and mentoring
  • Manage subcontractors in line with contractual requirements
  • Manage additional works, including scope agreement, quotations, and delivery
  • Review subcontractor RAMS, issue permits, and ensure compliance
  • Ensure certification is uploaded to Maximo, SharePoint, and site records
  • Proactively engage clients and key stakeholders to maximise satisfaction
  • Ensure all works follow Safe Systems of Work and H&S policies
  • Assist with monthly reporting and FM initiatives
  • Promote the One Team ethos across service lines
  • Lead health & safety ownership, reviews, huddles, and audits
  • Enhance service delivery through cross-functional teamwork
  • Build a proactive, customer-focused hard services delivery model
  • Challenge supplier quotations and lead energy-saving initiatives
  • Support quarterly energy performance reviews
  • Attend and represent client meetings when required
  • Escalate technical issues to the Hard Services and Energy Lead
