I am currently looking for an experienced and qualified Plumber to assist with a student accommodation summer maintenance programme. During the summer period the University carries out maintenance on student accommodation blocks so they are ready in September for the new students.
As a plumber you will be responsible for carrying out various plumbing tasks on kitchens and bathrooms within the accommodation. Tasks will include:
- Changing taps
- Changing washers
- Changing plugs
- Fixing leaks
All the work is domestic on student accommodation units.
