I am working alongside an award winning property services company who are looking forward to welcoming a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations for a social housing contract in the London area. This role involves managing four mobile grounds maintenance teams, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on supervisory position requiring excellent organisational abilities, leadership skills, and practical experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support four grounds maintenance teams across multiple housing estates and communal areas.
  • Plan daily schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain work quality and meet contract standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate with clients, residents, and management about service delivery and any concerns.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members as needed.
