We're looking for Multi Trade.

Job Overview:

  • Job Role: Multi Trade
  • Location: London
  • Duration: Temp to Perm
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
  • Payrate: £26.97 Umbrella
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Company van. Fuel card. PPE (excluding safety boots). Materials required to complete works.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out plastering to a high standard.
  • Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations (desirable).
  • Perform carpentry duties including repairs and basic joinery (desirable).
  • Support with a broad range of general property maintenance duties.
  • Work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Ensure all work meets safety, quality and customer service standards.

Qualification:

  • Strong plastering skills.
  • Ideally NVQ Level 2.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing and carpentry.
  • Ability to diagnose faults and deliver effective repairs.
  • Experience working in tenanted properties.
  • Familiar with PDA usage.
  • NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 minimum.
  • Clean, valid UK driving licence.
  • DBS check (or willingness to undertake).
  • Eligible to work in the UK (proof required).
