We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Operative to take ownership of the day-to-day upkeep of a single, well-maintained building. This role is focused primarily on planned and preventive maintenance, ensuring the site remains safe, compliant, and operating smoothly.
The position offers a consistent and manageable workload, with minimal reactive demands. Responsibilities will include carrying out scheduled maintenance tasks, routine inspections, basic repairs, and maintaining accurate records of completed work.

Key Responsibilities:- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks as scheduled
- Conduct regular checks and inspections of building systems
- Carry out minor repairs and general upkeep
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Liaise with contractors when required for specialist works
- Previous maintenance or facilities experience
- NVQ/ SVQ lvl 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
- 18th Edition
- Self-sufficient with a proactive approach
- Organised and comfortable managing a routine workload
