We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Operative to take ownership of the day-to-day upkeep of a single, well-maintained building. This role is focused primarily on planned and preventive maintenance, ensuring the site remains safe, compliant, and operating smoothly.

The position offers a consistent and manageable workload, with minimal reactive demands. Responsibilities will include carrying out scheduled maintenance tasks, routine inspections, basic repairs, and maintaining accurate records of completed work.
